2. Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
It’s not necessary. Once you’ve provided appropriate information about what needs doing, we’ll take care of the rest. Many of our clients provide keys or access codes.
3. What cleaning products do you use? Are they environmentally friendly?
We use effective cleaning products that are safe for people, pets, and the environment. Our preferred brand is Sonett - natural, eco‑friendly, quality cleaning products.
4. Do I need to supply anything for the cleaning?
No – there’s no need to supply anything. We bring all necessary equipment and cleaning products. If you wish us to use your own supplies, that’s also possible - just let us know in advance.
5. Do I need to prepare the space before cleaning?
It helps to remove loose items like clothing, toys or crockery so we can focus on cleaning all surfaces. However, you can also leave everything as it is - we adapt to the situation.
6. How long does a typical flat cleaning take?
Cleaning time depends on the size and scope of the job. For example, cleaning a 100 m² flat usually takes 2–3 hours. Exact time is provided after a discussion or inspection.
7. Do you offer regular cleaning, e.g. weekly or monthly?
Yes! We offer regular cleaning - weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or according to any schedule that suits you.
8. Do you also clean at weekends or outside normal working hours?
Yes, we are flexible. We can provide services at weekends or in the evenings upon request.
9. Is your service insured?
Yes - we have liability insurance covering both our staff and clients’ property.
10. What information do I need to provide to get a quote?
To prepare a quote, we need details such as type of property (house, office, stairwell), size, scope of work, location, special requirements, and preferred timing.
11. Do you clean offices outside working hours, e.g. in the evenings?
Yes - we can clean offices outside working hours to avoid disrupting business operations. The time is always arranged in consultation with the client.
12. Can I book a one‑off clean?
Absolutely! We perform both regular and one‑off cleanings - for example, before and after parties or events, move‑in/move‑out cleaning, and renovations.
13. Do you issue invoices for companies and housing associations?
Yes - we issue VAT invoices for companies, housing associations and individuals.
14. How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
We recommend booking a few days in advance, especially if you want a specific day or time. However, we always try to accommodate, even at short notice.
15. What if I need to amend or cancel a booking?
No problem! Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we will amend or cancel the appointment free of charge.
